Relationship Definition and Scope

This agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, or agency relationship between you and Affiloop.io. You are an independent user of our services.

Force Majeure and Excused Performance

Neither party bears liability for delays, failures, or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, terrorism, labor disputes, or significant technological failures.
